Do you require a security deposit?

No. If you have a credit card, we do not require any security deposit; you just pay for the rental with your card.

How can I be sure you won’t charge me for existing damages?

Bad experiences with rentals in the past, right? Rest assured, we have nothing to hide. We prepare a photographic report when you pick-up the car, and, if you prefer, you can document every detail of the car yourself before leaving our parking lot.

Do you have child seats available?

Absolutely! You can request one during the booking process, and we will have it installed and ready to go when you pick-up your vehicle.

Can I pick-up the car outside of business hours?

Certainly! We can send you the contract to be signed remotely and arrange payment online. Upon your arrival, the car will be waiting for you in the parking lot.

How many kilometers can I drive?

As many as you want, since we offer unlimited kilometers to explore the island thoroughly.

Do I need to pay when I book the car, or upon arrival?

The choice is yours.

Which kind of insurance is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes the Casko insurance, with a €1000 deductible for damage and a €1000 deductible for fire and theft. The policy covers all parts of the car except for tires and damages caused by negligence.

Can I cancel my reservation in case a problem arises?

Yes, if you have a valid reason, you can always cancel your reservation without any charge, unless you are switching to a competitor!

Who should I call if I have issues with the car? Is towing included?

If you experience issues with the car due to an accident or breakdown, you can call roadside assistance at no cost.

The 24/7 toll-free number is provided inside the car.

Are your cars new?

Our cars are either new or almost new. Every Noleggiora car undergoes rigorous check-ups at the start of each season and never exceeds 100,000 km or 5 years of age.

Can I return the car outside of business hours?

Yes! We will give you instructions on how to reach a partner parking lot where you can drop off the car 24/7.

Can I rent a car without a credit card?

No problem! You can use a family member’s or friend’s card (with a completed authorization form provided by us), along with a copy of their ID and credit card. Alternatively, you can rent with a debit card, but a security deposit may be required at our team’s discretion. We do not accept cash deposits or payments.
